We Guarantee your satisfaction. Our quality construction and design are top of the market, but in case that you need to exchange your garment - please follow these steps:

• A. Note: measure your body carefully with a measuring tape to avoid more problems. Evening dresses are not sized like regular clothing, pick your size based on your actual body measurements. When in doubt always pick the bigger size.
  • IMPORTANT. NO CANCELLATIONS AFTER 24HS of placing order or on shipped orders (whichever comes first). Dress / Gown must be returned in the "Original Condition", shall have tags attached and no signs of wear, nor cigarette or any other odor or cosmetic marks.
  • B. A return Authorization Number # should be requested immediately by e-mail and the garment "shipped back" (post marked) within 2 days of "receiving" it, at the customers expense (refundable if applicable).
  • C. Authorization number should be visible on the outside of the package.
  • D. Please include the Purchase Order Number, your full name, address, e mail (very important!) and a note stating the actual measures of your body.

  If the merchandise after inspection is proven to be damaged or flawed from factory, we will exchange it for the same dress and size and we will refund your shipping charges (if the dress you request is not available you will receive a Store Credit or a Refund for the amount of the dress).

  All exchanges and refunds have a re-stocking fee ( 25% (twentyfive per cent) of the value of the dress.

  Shipping charges are not refundable.

  IMPORTANT: If the dress for the exchange is not available you will be granted a Refund for the amount of the dress minus re stocking fee.

  "ON SALE" and "BARGAIN" gowns and dresses are not RETURNABLE!

  FAILING TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THESE REQUIREMENTS WILL NULLIFY YOUR REQUEST!
